Demand Incentives:
Electric two-wheeler:

Incentive of ₹10,000/kWh of battery capacity to the registered owner, subject to a maximum of ₹20,000 per vehicle, to first 3,000 e-2Ws

Early bird incentive ₹12,000/kWh, upto a maximum of ₹24,000 per to first 500 registered e-2Ws, if the vehicles are purchased before 31st December 2023

Scrapping incentive of ₹5,000 for scrapping 2Ws
Electric three-wheeler:

Two e-auto permits shall be granted for one applicant

Purchase incentive of ₹10,000/ kWh, upto a maximum incentive of ₹30,000 per vehicle to first 250 registered e-autos

Early bird incentive ₹12,000/ kWh, upto a maximum incentive of ₹40,000 to first 50 registered e-autos, if the vehicles are purchased before 31st December 2023

Scrapping incentive of ₹10,000 for scrapping 3Ws
E-Rickshaws and E-carts:

Purchase incentive of ₹25,000 / vehicle to first 50 registered e-rickshaws/ e-carts

Early bird incentive ₹30,000 per vehicle to first 10 e-rickshaw/ e-cart, if the vehicles are purchased before 31st December 2023
e-buses:

100% new electric buses by State Transport Service and at least 40% of all new stage carriage buses including private operators by year 2025

100% fleet of Transport Department to be electric vehicles and augment the fleet by year 2030

Purchase incentive of 10% of the cost of e-bus, upto a maximum of ₹8,00,000 / e-bus to first 30 e-buses

Early bird incentive of 15% of the cost of the e-bus, up to a maximum of ₹10,00,000 / e-bus to first 5 registered e-buses, if the vehicles are purchased before 31st December 2023

Scrapping Incentive of up to ₹50,000 to the registered owner of the e-bus
Goods Carrier i.e L5N and N1 Category –e-carrier:

Purchase incentive of ₹30,000 / e-carrier to first 250 registered vehicles in the UT after the notification of this policy

An early bird incentive ₹40,000 to first 50 registered e-carriers, if the vehicles are purchased before 31st December 2023

e-cars:

Scrapping incentive of upto ₹25,000 to the registered owner of the e-car
Hybrid / Fuel Cell EV:

Purchase incentive ₹10,000/ kWh, up to a maximum of ₹1,00,000 to the first 720 e-cars

An early bird incentive of Rs. 12,000/ kWh up to a maximum of Rs. 1,20,000 / vehicle to first 70 registered Hybrid/ Fuel Cell Vehicles / e-Cars if the vehicles are purchased before 31st December 2023
Charging Infrastructure:

Public charging facilities within 3 km travel from anywhere in the UT

Incentive of 60% of EVSE cost (maximum incentive of ₹10,000 / EVSE) to first 85 Slow PCS

Incentive of 50% of EVSE cost (maximum incentive of ₹500,000 / EVSE) to first 15 Fast PCS
Skill development and R&D:

Curriculum of the Technical schools (Engineering, Diploma and ITI) to be updated incorporating emerging technologies in the EVs

Specific skilling programs to deliver hands on learning for the graduates and professionals in the areas related to EVs
